- NOTE: ILLEGAL DRUGS ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR TRIP – NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERRED!!!
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash, checks, credit cards (Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover) and most debit cards for both the deposit and balance of the daily rate. All transactions will need to be settled up prior to the boat leaving the dock in the morning. Checks must be made out to: James Joyce Properties.
***PLEASE NOTE: Credit card customers will be subject to paying the additional applicable processing fees – typically 4% of the total rate (approx $30 – $65) . This charge will be added to any quoted daily rates and automatically billed to any credit/debit card transactions.
DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
A deposit of $250.00 is required upon booking your adventure. Payment in full is required before the boat pushes off the morning of your trip. Any cancellations should be made at least fifteen (15) days in advance or you forfeit your deposit. Should our captain have to cancel due to severe weather you will receive a full refund or should you choose to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you and your party.
